Data Deletion Request

You can request deletion of all data associated with your game account at any time.

1. Send an email to admin@thejoyplus.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
2. Include the game name (e.g., PetDoku) and, if possible, your in-game user ID (shown in Profile) or the platform you played on (Facebook, App Store, Google Play, etc.).
3. We will delete your account data (progress, collected items, identifiers) from our servers within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Facebook users: we only store a game-scoped player ID and gameplay progress. We do not store your name, photo, or friend list.

The JoyPlus Soft account (Sign in with Google on thejoyplus.com): to delete it, send the same email and say "The JoyPlus Soft account" - mention the date you signed in, and if possible sign in once more before sending so we can match the request. We delete the account (the stored Google account identifier and sessions) and, if you ask, the game progress linked to it. To simply stop using it, choose Sign out on our website or in the game; this revokes the session immediately.
